Frequently Asked Questions


When placing an order, are there any minimum order requirements?

Embroidery: Yes. We have a 12 minimum requirement on all items. We do not accept single order items!

Promotional Products: Yes. Every promotional product has its own specific requirements. Please call for any order minimums.

Screen Printing: Yes. Our minimum requirement is 24 shirts with one imprint.

What is your pricing?
Our pricing reflects quantity discounting. It is more economical to order a higher volume.


What types of apparel/products can be embroidered?

We offer a variety of brand name, quality apparel that can be embroidered such as polos, button down shirts, fleece wear, caps, visors, knit caps, aprons, totes, bags, towels, lounge wear, outerwear and more.


What is the average delivery time for an order?
                                                       
Embroidery-
orders take between 10-15 days.
Promotional Product- orders take between 2-3 weeks. Rush service is available for  additional cost.
Screen-Printing- 5-10 days
*Please allow additional time for shipping.


Can I receive an order before the average delivery times listed above?

YES. Rush services are available, based on production capacity and decorating method. We can rush deliver with an extra fee and for overnight freight. We will make every attempt to meet your deadline. Please call us to discuss your specific needs.

What types of payment do you accept?                                                                          
We accept personal, school, and/or business checks, Visa, MasterCard.


What if I need artwork created?

Blue Ridge Marketing has a very capable, creative team of artists to work with you in meeting your design needs. Hourly fees will apply for art creation. To keep costs down, provide us with as much information up front as possible.


How long does the process take?

Our normal production time is 10 business days. Creation of artwork may require more time. However, we are happy to work with you if you are on a tight deadline.


How do I send my artwork.                                                                              
Send your artwork to your sales representative. They will send it to our art department for digitizing. Once it is set, we will send a proof before proceeding with your order.

  • .PSD (Photoshop)
  • .TIF, .BMP, .JPG , .EPS

How can I place an order for promotional products?                                         
You can contact one of the sales representatives and they will assist you with your order. You will need to send your artwork via email to the representative for digitizing.

Where does Blue Ridge Marketing ship to?                                                               
We have customers from all over the United States. We can ship to anyone in the United States. You will be charged the standard UPS rate of 0.065%.
